How do students pay for other people's grades

Keen observers of higher education know that almost all universities now receive £ 9,000 a year for each household or undergraduate of the EU, which , in turn , usually a debt of £ 27,000 is accumulated. But how are the universities intend to spend that money ?

Is roast turkey or ham and cheese salad wraps on the menu today at St Mary Redcliffe Primary in Bristol. Wave after wave of students flow in the dining room between 11:45 & 13:00 , either squeezing her lunchbags or heading to the servery .
